Downtown Gallery Dishes Up All Ceramics Show

Kent State University’s School of Art presents Table Service at the Downtown Gallery, featuring functional ceramic tableware created by Northern Ohio Clay members. The work included in the show ranges from teapots to bowls, vases, serving trays, mugs and other functional ceramic pieces masterfully crafted by local clay artists. The exhibition is free and open to the public. The show will be on view through Oct. 28.

Participating Northern Ohio Clay member artists are Bette Drake, Lauren Herzak-Bauman, Todd Leech, Lynne Lofton, Ikuko Miklowski, Sandy Miller, Stephanie Miller-Davis, Billy Ritter, Judith Salomon, Cheryl Weinstein, Mark Yasenchack, Theresa Yondo, Pat Kyle, Freeland Southard, Amy Halko, Michelle Janosky, Michael Hamlin, Leah Gary, Stephanie Craig, Danielle Dore-Rook and Megan Dull.

The Downtown Gallery is located at 141 E. Main St. in Kent.

Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Saturday, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.

Sunday, noon - 5 p.m.
