Kent State University Bookstore to Host Annual Book Festival

The Kent State University Bookstore will host its second annual Book Festival on Sept. 30 from 3-7 p.m. The festival is a celebration of Northeast Ohio authors, including Kent State faculty, alumni and the Kent State University Press. Authors will include Kent State Professor of Sociology Christopher Dum, former Kent State Provost Paul Gaston, young adult author Vicki Leigh and the creative mind of Angela Johnson. Authors will be available to meet attendees and sign books. Please visit the bookstore’s website for a list of authors and their books that will be available at the festival.

The festival is free and open to the public. Parking is available in the guest lot in front of the Kent Student Center and in the commuter lot across the street.
