Kent State University Bookstore to Host Book Signings, Dec. 10 and 11
Just in time for the holidays, the Kent State University Bookstore will host two book signings.
Regina Brett, Kent State alumna, will sign copies of her newest book God is Always Hiring: 50 Lessons for Finding Fulfilling Work on Dec. 10 from noon-2 p.m.
Brett is an inspirational columnist, speaker, cancer survivor, and last but surely not least, a mother. She is known for her Plain Dealer columns from which her first book God Never Blinks came. Any of her three 50 Lessons books would make a great Christmas gift.
James Renner, Kent State alumnus, will sign copies of his new book The Great Forgetting on Dec. 11 from noon-2 p.m.
Renner is known for his book It Came from Ohio: True Tales of the Weird, Wild and the Unexplained and his search for the truth in Amy: My Search for Her Killer. In The Great Forgetting released this November, "he blends science fiction and conspiracy thrillers with a touch of pure fantasy, and the result is just as crazy and imaginative" as his novel The Man from Primrose Lane.
Both events will take place at the Kent State University Bookstore located in the Kent Student Center.
