Employee Wellness Calendar: Opportunities for More Well-being Await You!

Winter wellness is just a click away. Visit the Employee Wellness Calendar and sign up for programs and activities to keep you moving now and into the New Year. You’ll find a variety of events, including “Know Your Numbers” health screenings, personal health coaching sessions, yoga, spin 50/50, total body toning, Weight Watchers at Work and a host of upcoming lunch-and-learn and financial wellness workshops

For a quick glance at upcoming 28-day challenges around mindfulness/resilience, sleep, hydration and acquiring a fiber-rich diet, visit the Employee Wellness Challenge page. You will see an overview for each challenge, dates of the challenge and quick links for registration. Each one of the 28-day challenges will be worth 20 Wellness Your Way points. This is a great way to work on healthy lifestyle practices while earning your Tier Two Wellness Your Way incentive points. 

All employee wellness programs do require registration. Please follow the registration link associated with the class or program you are registering for. Upon checking into any of the lunch and learns or group exercise programs (i.e. yoga, spin 50/50, total body toning, etc.), please make sure you sign in upon arrival to your session so that any applicable points can be added to your wellness incentive program for 2018.
