Healthy Hydration Challenge, Aug. 15-Sept. 11

This monthlong, honor-based, 28-day program runs Aug. 15 through Sept. 11, and is designed to help participants “rethink their drinks” because what we drink is just as important as what we eat when it comes to healthy nutrition.

Program Guidelines:

  • Designed to increase the amount of water and reduce the amount of sugary beverages participants drink each day.
  • Participants are encouraged to drink at least 64 ounces of water each day and to become aware of and pay attention to the calories and artificial sweeteners contained in drink choices.
  • Participants receive educational materials, H2O tracker, weekly emails and unlimited telephonic health coaching.

Participants will report their progress on a weekly basis by submitting an email to using the trackers provided by Be Well Solutions. And, as always, there are prizes and incentives for participants. Each week, participants will be eligible to be entered for a random drawing to keep them motivated and support their wellness goals. Winners will be announced throughout the challenge.
