How Well Do You Know IMPACT Solutions?

IMPACT Solutions is Kent State University’s employee assistance program that offers a comprehensive list of services and solutions to employees. All full- and part-time employees are eligible for IMPACT Solutions services, including many qualifying family members, such as parents and parents-in-law.

Here are some ways to quickly bring yourself up to speed on all the resources available to you and your family through Impact:

  • Join us for our live Webinar: Take a Tour of IMPACT Solutions on Jan. 19 from 10-11 a.m. Registration is required. Upon attending the webinar and completing the post-webinar survey, employees participating in the Wellness Your Way incentive program will qualify for 10 wellness points toward their Tier Two total.
  • Have a quick meet and greet with our Impact representative during open office hours in the Wellness Resource Room in 103 Heer Hall. Walk in hours are from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. No appointment necessary. Lisa Kirby will be happy to share the many resources IMPACT Solutions may provide you.
  • Visit the Impact Employee Assistance website at www.impactemployeeassistance.com. Click on “Member login” and enter username “kent.” You also can reach Impact 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at 800-227-6007. Your call is always answered by a master’s degree-licensed counselor.
  • Coming Soon: We will sponsor an Impact Scavenger Hunt activity worth 15 Wellness Your Way Points when completed and turned in to the wellness team at wellness@kent.edu. More details to come.
