Know Your Numbers: Participate in the Fall On-site Health Screenings

It's that time of year again! As part of the Wellness Your Way employee incentive program, all full-time, benefits-eligible employees are invited to attend an on-site health screening (you do not have to be covered by the university-sponsored health plan to take advantage of this on-site service). Screenings conducted between Sept. 27, 2017, and April 30, 2018, will go toward the employee Tier One requirement for 2018 incentives, putting you well on your way toward your first $150, which will be paid out in February 2018. 

Remaining Onsite Screening Dates and Registration

If your health screening is completed on-site with Be Well Solutions, Kent State University's wellness partner, it will automatically be loaded into your personal portal for 2018. The following onsite dates are available, and registration is required using the steps below:

How to Schedule Your Appointment

  • Once you are logged in, select "My Appointments," then "Worksite Screening." Choose the date and location that best meets your schedule. Please keep in mind that you will need to fast for eight to 10 hours prior to your health screening and blood draw via a finger prick.
  • To complete your online health risk assessment while logged into Be Well, select "My Wellness" and then select "Health Risk Assessment."
