Mail Services Update: New Hours, FlashPac Guidelines
Please note that beginning July 1, there will be several changes regarding Mail Services operations.
First, the department will have new hours, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., which means Mail Services will open and close a half-hour later than before.
The change also means that many departmental delivery and pick-up times will be a half-hour later than normal, but the new schedule will better align with the U.S. Post Office hours and the university’s business hours.
Another change is for those who use the FlashPac pick-up service for ground shipments. As of July 1, you will need to call Mail Services at 330-672-2164 for a package pickup. Calls made before 12:30 p.m. will be picked up on the same day.
