March Madness Lunch and Learn - Creating Healthier Apps and Delicious Snacks

Along with the exciting games, March Madness is a time for watch parties filled with finger-friendly foods. Typically, this means pizza, wings, chips and a plethora of dips.

Fortunately, there are ways to slim down some of your favorite game-day foods without sacrificing taste. On Friday, March 9, from noon-1 p.m. at Heer Hall, join our Be Well dietitian and team members as they demonstrate firsthand how to make these healthier apps and delicious snacks! Of course, you will be able to sample each recipe.

These crowd-pleasing recipes are sure to ease your mind so you can enjoy the game and the food without guilt. This popular session has limited space and registration is required. A light lunch, along with taste-test sampling, is included.
