Rejuvenate With Lunchtime Yoga
Take a mid-day break and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit by taking advantage of our yoga sessions designed exclusively for faculty and staff. Two sessions are offered each week, Tuesdays from 12:15-1 p.m. and Thursdays from 1:15-2 p.m.
Each 45-minute session is a great way to take a break and gain some balance. All full- and part-time employees are eligible to attend. However, space is limited and registration is required. To register, simply select each Tuesday or Thursday session you wish to attend from the wellness calendar.
Each session will take place in Studio 1 at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center. Participants should bring their own mats. For those employees participating in the Wellness Your Way incentive program, you may earn 10 wellness points toward your Tier Two reward.
