If you received an email to take The Chronicle of Higher Education’s “Great Colleges to Work For” survey, you have until April 6 to complete it.
The ModernThink survey was distributed to a random sample of Kent State University employees on March 12. Because this is a random survey, it is vitally important that those employees who receive the survey actually take it. Furthermore, the survey is voluntary and completely confidential; Kent State will not be able to trace results back to individuals.
This survey looks at employee perceptions of their work environment, and the results are used to inform improvements at Kent State.
