2020 ESDRI Distinguished Speaker
FACING 21ST CENTURY NATURE: CONFIGURING FRESH APPROACHES THROUGH BIODESIGN
The Environmental Science and Design Research Initiative is pleased to welcome Professor Rachel Armstrong as a 2020 ESDRI distinguished speaker. Not only will Professor Armstrong give a lecture, but an exhibition showcasing her work will also be shown at the College of Architecture and Environmental Design, Armstrong Gallery. A professor of experimental architecture at the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape at Newcastle University in the United Kingdom, she was originally slated to be the keynote speaker for the 2020 ESDRI symposium, which was transitioned to remote offerings due to COVID-19. We are thankful that Professor Armstrong was able to reschedule and will be joining us virtually on September 8, 2020 at 4 p.m.
