Remote Info Sessions for Incoming Students
Want to learn more about the Kent State University School of Fashion? If you're an incoming student or you simply just want to discover more about our fashion programs, we encourage you to watch one of the videos below or attend any upcoming virtual info sessions that are scheduled. We offer undergraduate degrees in fashion merchandising and fashion design, and a graduate degree in fashion industry studies.
Interested in a graduate degree in fashion? You’re invited to join us for a virtual information session for our MFIS graduate program on Feb. 3 or March 23. During the information sessions, our Fashion Graduate Program Director, Dr. J. Kim-Vick and a panel of current MFIS students will review the curriculum and answer questions about their graduate experience.
Interested in joining one of our undergraduate programs? We invite you to watch these half-hour recorded videos from our remote information sessions in May 2020. These videos focus on specific topics related to our programs, including our fashion design and merchandising majors, internships, study abroad opportunities, and our New York City fashion program. You'll briefly learn about each undergraduate major or program and then hear questions from the session participants. If you have questions regarding our program, please contact Dr. LeAnn Starlin Nilsson, Assistant Dean of Recruitment and Retention for the Kent State College of the Arts at firstname.lastname@example.org.
