Students, faculty, and staff at Kent State University will have a Google Apps account created for them once they have been officially accepted at the university.
Most faculty and staff will not have access to Gmail as they have an Exchange email account. Clicking the Email icon in FlashLine will instead launch Outlook Web Access (for Exchange users) in a separate window.
Note that in order to log into your Kent State Gmail or Exchange, you must have changed your password from the default.
