Kent State University Museum

The MuseLab in the School of Information here at KSU  is pleased to offer a series of free events to our community. With a grant from the Kent State University Teaching Council, we are bringing Dr. Annie Storr, long-time museum studies educator, who will offer two workshops (one for students and one for teachers, faculty, and professionals), one hands-on session, and a University-wide public presentation, all on Exercises for the Quiet Eye (EQE), an approach to guided looking that fosters close observation and patient reflection. Participants will learn how to apply this approach to their work and can even participate in an EQE session in the Kent State University Museum galleries!

We hope you spread the word about these March 11th and 12th FREE events and workshops to Kent State Faculty and beyond. Space is limited, so those interested should register soon! More about these events and registration on our website
