This presentation showcases humanity’s progress towards understanding the origin and evolution of the Universe. After a tour of the lovely Ohio night sky, we will introduce some basic historical elements of Astronomy, talk about the objects in the Cosmos and the scales (distances) involved, and finally discuss the Big Bang theory and beyond. We will finish with a picture of a Black Hole and the sound they make when two of them merge! This hour-long show is free and open to the public, but it is not recommended for children under age six.

Because seating capacity is limited, we recommend making reservations by calling (330) 672-2246. Reservations will be accepted beginning September 5, 2019. Persons having special needs are requested to call in advance of the desired presentation night, so that accommodations can be arranged. You may leave a message with your name and seats needed and contact info for confirmation.
