Biennial Faculty Show

The School of Art Collection and Galleries and the School of Art at Kent State University present Biennial Faculty Show, on view at the CVA Gallery from October 16 through November 16, 2018.  An opening reception with the artists will take place at the Center for the Visual Arts (325 Terrace Dr. Kent, Ohio) on Friday, October 19 from 5-7 p.m.  Both the exhibition and the reception are free and open to the public.  

All full-time, part-time, and emeritus faculty at Kent State University’s School of Art at all campuses are invited to participate in the show.  Artwork of all media is on display, including sculpture, photography, textiles, metals, digital media, ceramics, painting, printmaking, and drawing.  Artists included in the show are: Marie Bukowski, Lori Kella, Katy Richards,  Darice Polo, Amelia C. Joynes, Michael Loderstedt, Kortney Niewierski, Andrea Myers, Renée Roll, Taryn McMahon, Emily Duke, Andrew Kuebeck, Jenniffer Omaitz, Koon-Hwee Kan, Charles Basham, Jack McWhorter, Danny Volk, Shannon Hines, Mark Schatz, Sofia Calderwood, Albert Reischuck, Don King, Jonas Sebura, Kathleen Browne, Erica Raby, Gianna Commito, Janice Lessman-Moss, Peter Christian Johnson, Sarah McMahon, Mahwish Chishty, Davin Ebanks, Arron Foster, Isabel Farnsworth, Rebecca Cross, Corrie Slawson, and Brinsley Tyrrell.
