Karen Scott

Karen Scott was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, where she attended Cleveland Public Schools. She earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Cleveland State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University. Before she began working at Kent State, she was employed by MetroHealth for over eight years as an Administrative Coordinator for the Center for Reducing Health Disparities. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two adult children and nurturing about 70 houseplants.
