Kent State Geography well represented at Annual AAG meeting

Kent State Geography was well represented at the 2012 Annual AAG meeting in New York.  Over 50 individual faculty, graduate students and undergraduate students attended.  In all, Kent Staters presented 35 papers, organized 6 sessions, were panelists in 5 sessions and were discussants in one session.  Topics were diverse, spanning broad areas of neoliberalism, urban geography, hazards, health geography, climatology, palaeoenvironmental reconstruction, environmental perception, and GIS applications.
