Partnerships: In the News

A Message to our Partners

January, 2018

Sarah J. MalcomWe're excited to welcome another year with you as 2018 begins. Although the spring semester has just begun, the KSU campus is cold and covered in a thin blanket of snow. Students are bundled in warm clothing as they walk from class to class and summer couldn't seem further away. As always, a new year and a new semester mean changes here at Kent State. As the Office of Global Education continues to welcome an increasing number of international students, we are developing new tools to help students from partner universities who plan to study at Kent State University.

We have recently updated our Visiting Student Handbook that addresses the concerns our partners and their students typically have about preparing to attend Kent State. The handbook covers important deadlines, the admission process, finances and pre-departure considerations.  We also detail the steps students must take when they arrive at Kent State.

We hope the updates to the handbook help you to better understand the application process and campus life a little bit better and we look forward to the year ahead!
