Lyndsey Schley, senior newspaper journalism major and an Honors College student, will be published in the upcoming issue of Watcher Junior on April 3.
Watcher Junior is an online, peer-reviewed journal that publishes undergraduate work related to studies of Joss Whedon. Sponsored by the The Whedon Studies Association and Nebraska Wesleyan University, the journal is published twice a year in both April and October.
Schley completed her article as a student in a unique course offered by the Honors College called “Exploring the Whedonverse” in the spring 2014 semester.
The course, which is being offered again this semester, is taught by Jenna Bates, an English teacher at Coventry Local Schools and an adjunct instructor at Kent State University.
