If you wish to bring guests to campus between 8pm-4am on the Saturday night of Halloween weekend – Saturday, October 30 – please register your guests with us. A guest is defined as anyone who does not live in your residence hall, even if they live somewhere else on campus. You can register to have up to two guests on Saturday, October 30.  If you are planning to bring guests on Saturday, October 30, please register them here: https://forms.gle/LZjuSocssphp4Nt66. This form will close at 5pm on Friday, October 29, 2021. Be sure to log into your KSU Google account to view and submit the form.

Please be sure to consult with your roommate if you are planning to bring guests, if you have a roommate. If you have a roommate, please remember our room capacity policy- for a double occupancy room, a maximum number of 5 people including you at any time is permitted.

If your guests are involved in any incident involving a policy violation on October 30, your guests may be required to leave the halls for the rest of the night. On Halloween weekend and at all other times, you must always escort your guests, including in stairwells, bathrooms, lobbies and elevators. Residents are responsible for and will be held accountable for the actions of their guests. Please also remember that you are responsible for all behavior that occurs in your room, regardless of whether you are physically present in the room at the time.

Throughout Halloween weekend and at all other times, please be sure to adhere to the Flashes Safe Eight. Please also be sure to review all our policies in the Hallways Handbook, available at www.tinyurl.com/ksuhallways
