Transportation
There will be transportation provided to those who fly to campus from the Akron-Canton airport and the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. You can signal in your registration form how you plan to campus and we will be in contact regarding transportation.
There will also be bus transportation provided for all delegates to use to travel between the hotels and campus. Great Day! Tours will be providing transportation- find out more about Great Day! Tours.
Transportation Information/Schedule
Parking
Delegations who are driving to Kent State University will be able to park at the hotels and on-campus. Parking at the Kent State Hotel & Conference Center will be $10 each night (per vehicle) so advisors should bring a payment credit card for payment. Parking at the Hampton Hotel will be free.
No parking pass will be required to park on campus over the weekend; parking on campus will be free for the weekend.
Local Bus
PARTA is the Portage Area Regional Transportation Authority and will also be available to delegates to use for a cost. Find more information about PARTA and how to ride the bus.

Delegates will be staying at either the Kent State Hotel or Hampton.

For both Kent State Hotel and Hampton check in will start at 3:00pm EDT
Check-Out Time for each hotel
Check out for both Kent State Hotel and Hampton will start at 8am EDT and end at 11am EDT
Breakfast
- Hampton’s breakfast starts at 6 a.m. EDT to 10 a.m. EDT
- Kent State Hotel has NO breakfast

- The Kent State Hotel’s pool is a salt water pool.
