Open Enrollment for benefit year 2022 will begin on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. and continue through Friday, November 5, 2021, 4:59 p.m.

At this time each year, we encourage you to take the opportunity to re-evaluate your current and future benefits needs. During this period, you will be able to view and conduct Open Enrollment activity through the University’s secure Flashline web portal at LOGIN.KENT.EDU.

    To assist Kent State University employees and families, Medical Mutual has provided a website dedicated to Kent State.  Once there, you can search for in-network providers and view videos regarding Medical Mutual online tools and resources.  Although we are approaching a new year, there are no medical plan benefit changes for 2022.

Complimentary "Know Your Numbers" health screenings are available to full-time, benefits eligible employees as part of the employee wellness rewards program.
