Who Is Eligible for "Know Your Numbers" Health Screenings?

The “Know Your Numbers” health screenings are for full-time, benefits eligible employees only as part of the employee wellness and incentive program. Screenings will apply to their Tier 1 incentive for 2019. Make an appointment for your health screening and/or your flu vaccine by logging into the Be Well portal. Who Is Eligible for Flu Vaccines & How Do I Make an Appointment?

The flu vaccine clinics are open to all Kent State students, faculty, staff and dependents. Employees enrolled in one of the university-sponsored group health plans through Medical Mutual or Anthem are eligible for a free flu vaccine. You must bring your insurance ID card with you to the clinic. If you are not covered by one of the university’s group health plans, you can still participate for $30 (check payable to Kent State University).
