Physical activity is a powerful tool for health. Not only does it reduce our risk of physical disease, but it also helps us with emotional well-being.

Join us on Fri., March 6, from noon – 1 p.m. as Trisha Sterringer, MS, DN, LD, CSCS of Be Well Solutions leads us through discussion on this very important topic of movement and stress management. Some of the touch points will include:

  • Stress and why it’s a problem

  • Physical activity to decrease the harmful effects of stress
  • How to get started on your own movement journey
  • Long-term stress relief

This session is available to all full and part-time employees on all KSU campuses. Registration for this live event is required. For full-time, benefits-eligible employees participating in the Wellness Your Way program, this session will be worth 10 points towards your Tier Two total.
