W2s are now available to all employees who opted into electronic tax forms. They can be found in Flashline using the following steps:
- Enter the Employee Dashboard
- Find the “Top Employee Resources” box
- Select “Tax Forms”
Employees who have not opted for electronic forms will have their W2 mailed to their permanent home address on Monday, Jan. 30.

Additionally, the IRS has a Tax Withholding Estimator that can be helpful when determining how to complete the federal W4 form.
