I am an employee of the University. Does the Unlawful Gender-Based Discrimination Policy apply to me?

Yes, Kent State University’s unlawful gender-based discrimination policy applies to all members of the university community, including all students, faculty, staff, independent contractors, guests, visitors, applicants, university departments/programs, and university recognized organizations. If an employee believes they have experienced unlawful gender-based discrimination committed by another university student or employee, the employee is encouraged to report the incident to the Title IX Coordinator.
