Executive leaders influence, guide and direct faculty and staff of Kent State’s departments and colleges. Leader responsibilities may include oversight and fulfillment of our mission and strategic themes and university initiatives.

Strong executive leaders draw from their career experience and people skills in the areas of accountability, motivation, ethical decision-making, emotional intelligence and problem-solving. Additionally, strong executive leaders demonstrate skills in maximizing staff productivity while utilizing best practices with university resources.
