Holiday Hold Challenge 
November 25, 2019 - January 5, 2020

The Holiday Hold challenge is a program designed to encourage participants to beat the odds and maintain their weights throughout the holiday season.

  • Designed to avoid the one to two pound weight gain that most Americans experience between Thanksgiving and New Years
  • The program begins with a weigh-in before Thanksgiving and a weigh-out after New Years

Participants receive educational materials and report their pre and post weight to Be Well Solutions.

All participants who register for the Holiday Hold challenge, submit their pre and post weight to Be Well by the deadline dates, will receive 20 reward points to jump start their 2020 Tier 2 reward bank. In addition, all participants who have successfully 'held their own' will be entered into our New Year's prize drawing.

Weigh of Life 12-Week Challenge 
January 13 - April 5, 2020 

Weigh of Life is a 12-week educational lifestyle change program designed to support successful, sustainable weight management through self-monitored, balanced eating and regular physical activity - the three “pillars” of science-supported, long-term weight management. This program provides educational videos, handouts, resource guides, worksheets, and accountability via daily food and activity tracking. You will also have email access to registered dietitian nutritionists for personalized nutrition and lifestyle advice.

Whether you’re motivated by weight loss, disease prevention, or simply just want to feel healthier, Weigh of Life is here to help! The information in this program provides guidance on proper eating and exercise strategies, in addition to addressing stress and emotional well-being.

Participants must actively participate in at least 10 of the 12 weeks of the challenge and achieve an overall participation score of 70% of the available points (1,092) to receive 70 reward points towards Tier 2 for 2020. Points will be updated by Be Well upon challenge completion.

Gratitude 28-Day Challenge
April 6 - May 3, 2020 

It's easy to take things for granted, especially when so much of our time is spent pursuing things we don't currently have. You can cultivate more gratitude through regular practice. During this 28-day challenge, you will be asked to practice gratitude daily. Let this challenge be your guide. Then use this foundation to make gratitude a lifelong habit. You-and the people around you-have a lot to be grateful for! 

Participants receive educational materials, weekly emails and unlimited telephonic health coaching. Participants will report their weekly progress on the Be Well portal.

Participants will be eligible for random drawings to keep you motivated and support your wellness goals. Winners will be announced throughout the challenge.

You must participate in all four weeks of this challenge to qualify for wellness incentive reward points. This challenge is worth 20 reward points.

Sleep Tight Tonight Challenge
June 1 - 28, 2020 

Sleep plays an important role in physical, mental, and emotional health, and as a result, making small tweaks to sleep hygiene can have a big impact on overall well-being.  During this challenge, participants will learn the importance of a good night’s rest and ways to practice healthy sleep habits.  This challenge provides a fun and effective way to help participants work towards healthier sleep and feel rested and refreshed in the process.

Participants will be eligible for random drawings to keep you motivated and support your wellness goals. Winners will be announced throughout the challenge.

You must actively participate in all four weeks of this challenge to qualify for wellness incentive reward points. This challenge is worth 20 reward points.

Sustainability Challenge
July 6 - Aug. 2, 2020

The simple goal of sustainability is to create and maintain an environment where humans and nature can exist in productive harmony.  In an effort to support individual health and long-term ecological balance, this challenge provides participants with an opportunity to focus on their physical well-being by engaging in activity as well as the well-being of the planet by learning how to easily incorporate sustainable practices into their everyday lives.

Participants will be eligible for random drawings to keep you motivated and support your wellness goals. Winners will be announced throughout the challenge.

You must actively participate in all four weeks of this challenge to qualify for wellness incentive reward points. This challenge is worth 20 reward points.

Mind/Body Challenge
Sept. 14 - Oct. 11, 2020

When life gets busy, it’s important to keep both the mind and body healthy with a balance of physical and restorative activity.  In addition to staying physically active, the practice of meditation can improve well-being by sharpening concentration, boosting energy, and reducing stress and anxiety.  In this challenge, participants complete guided meditation sessions and track physical activity.  At the end of the challenge, participants will receive resources to continue the practice of meditation on their own.

Participants will be eligible for random drawings to keep you motivated and support your wellness goals. Winners will be announced throughout the challenge.

You must actively participate in all four weeks of this challenge to qualify for wellness incentive reward points. This challenge is worth 20 reward points.
