Who Is Eligible for "Know Your Numbers" Health Screenings?

The “Know Your Numbers” health screenings are for full-time, benefits eligible employees only as part of the employee wellness and incentive program. Screenings will apply to their Tier 1 incentive for 2021. Make an appointment for your health screening and/or your flu vaccine by logging into the Be Well portal. First time user instructions can be found by selecting this link.

Who is Eligible for Flu Vaccines?

The Kent Campus flu vaccine clinics are open to full-time, benefits-eligible Kent State faculty, staff and dependents age 18+. Employees enrolled in the university-sponsored group health insurance plan through Medical Mutual (MMO) are eligible for a free flu vaccine. You must bring your insurance ID card with you to the clinic. If you are not covered by Medical Mutual, you can still participate for $30 (check made payable to Be Well Solutions).

You may schedule a flu vaccine for yourself as well as eligible dependents 18+ on the Be Well portal. Options are available to be vaccinated during your health screening or to be vaccinated without a heath screening.

If you are not eligible or have not elected Medical Mutual heath insurance coverage, you may contact the DeWeese Health Center for flu vaccine clinics. Please check your insurance covereage or contact DeWeese Health Center to determine your out-of-pocket cost, if any.
