Join us for this free webinar on Evidence Based HIT Practice with Jennifer M. Staley, M.L.I.S. '04.

Staley is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication and Information with a concentration in health informatics. Her research interests include healthcare organizations, clinical decision support systems, evidence-based practice, bibliometrics, and social network analysis. She has extensive experience providing literature search skills training and advanced literature searching services to support evidence-based medicine, medical education, and clinical research initiatives. For six years she has been the medical librarian for the Pediatric Learning Center at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland. Previously she served as medical librarian at Core Library, University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.  

Staley has completed the Midwest Health Information Technology certification course, Cuyahoga Community College, Health Information Technology Trainer Role (completion in 2012), and  is lead author on an article titled "Research Collaboration Tools: A Resource Guide for Medical Librarians," published in the Journal of Hospital Librarianship (2010). She also has given numerous invited talks and presentations.
