HI Pulse Webinar: Home is where the heart is, and your patient’s clinical content, too
Clinical content exists across multiple applications in the healthcare continuum. This content helps clinicians provide the best patient care during their course of treatment, no doubt about it. Improving patient safety and increasing positive clinical outcomes is the goal. Clinicians should not spend their valuable time navigating through independent systems for patient medical information. It should be available to them in one central location, regardless of where the clinical data originated. Imagine a world where patient clinical data is accessible with one login into one central location. The central location is the electronic medical record (EMR), where clinicians are presented with standardized, familiar views into patients’ clinical data. Although the data may be in the form of pictures, videos, physician notes and a variety of other file types, there is a way to access all clinical data through one central solution — the EMR.
