Travis Feder is the systems and digital services librarian at Naugatuck Valley Community College in Waterbury, Connecticut. He holds a master of library and information science degree from Kent State University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has worked in libraries since 2011, when he started as a teen services assistant at small library in rural Connecticut. Prior to entering the world of academic librarianship, Travis was the digital services librarian and head of technical services for the West Haven Public Library system in West Haven, Connecticut. He is currently serving a term as a regional representative on the executive board of the Connecticut Library Association.
