Recruiting Update

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Completed group assignment configuration for territory management
  • Validated sample regional campus legacy data loads
  • Loaded and validated ACT file load
  • Loaded and validated Banner Application file load
  • Identified sample set of reports required for recruitment and created sample set
  • Held data duplication requirements working sessions
  • Deployed TargetX summer release to production
  • Scheduled TargetX on-site training for primary team members for all admitting units for the end of March

  • Configure duplicate rules for duplicate record management
  • Map additional test score and vendor data load
  • Work with individual admitting units to verify requirements for CRM configuration of page layouts, file and data loads, duplicate management, events, reports, etc.
  • Identify reports, events, and communications needed at go-live

UCM Update

  • Completed content migration to new UCM Business Unit (BU)

University Calendar Update 

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Provided ability to create/register for event using customized form with added fields
  • Resolved questions around licensing and further defined project timeline
  • Identified and began coding workflows queues and associated email triggers for event content review
  • Documented desired process and workflow around event promotion
  • Began drafting content of emails and branding opportunities for UCM review/approval
  • Worked with CRM data team on timing of Person data load
  • Determined pull mechanism/timing for consuming event data for use within Flashline and Web

Flashperks Update 

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Provided ability to create/register for Flashperk event using customized form with added fields
  • Defined project timeline further
  • Began coding of Flashperks event workflow when requested on event creation
  • Created mechanism for CSI to review the event, approve and point it or deny it with reason
  • Created mock-up of how Flashperks tile might look within Flashline to display points and upcoming Flashperk events
  • Drafted email content around workflows and sent to UCM for review / approval
  • Created back-end inventory mechanism to track prize inventory levels
  • Coded mechanism to trigger emails to CSI based on prize reorder points
  • Documented prize claiming process
  • Identified items needed from current Flashperks vendor in extract such as event history, attendance history, point levels
  • Determined reporting needs of back-end Flashperk system
