Meet the One Stop Implementation Team

The One Stop for Student Services project team is actively researching technology tools within the SalesForce.com platform to assist counselors and leadership to quickly help students. The team is looking at automation options for walkup, phone, email and web initiated inquiries. We are also investigating the article/information knowledge module for quick retrieval of FAQs which can be provided in person, over the phone, or via email.
