Classroom Instructional Equipment - Design and Installation

This service provides all aspects of in-room instructional technologies ranging from individual equipment to comprehensive integrated systems. Services can include equipment consulting, recommendations, specifications, ordering, receiving, installation and programming.
This service is provided in conjunction with local desktop support personnel.

Costs associated with this service

No charge for instructional spaces/projects.

For non-academic projects an initial consultation and budgetary pricing is provided at no charge. Subsequent costs are based on time and materials.

Service delivery process

Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Within two business days

Expected response time for fulfillment:
Equipment recommendations and their budgetary pricing info is provided within five business days.

Initial first draft design specifications are provided within 10 business days of consultation.

Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Excluding university breaks
