How to request this service

Log in to Team Dynamix at www.teamdynamix.com then create a new ticket and select "Business Intelligence" as the ticket type.

Faculty and staff requesting this type of change will need to attain access, as directed by their Department Security Administrator. Determination of the ability to request this type of change will be made by the Business Intelligence staff at the time of the request.

Generally 24 hours

Expected response time for fulfillment:
Depends on the scope of the request.

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Excluding university breaks
