Network Monitoring

Known as EagleEye, a network that exists outside of the normal KSU LAN/WAN and monitors and reports on the network health, bandwidth utilization, LAN/WAN switching and routing equipment and Unified Communications equipment

How to request this service

Submit a Support Ticket at support.kent.edu. Choose Request Type, "Network & Wireless Access."

Service delivery process

Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Immediate acknowledgement from ticketing system accompanied by a ticket number

Expected response time for fulfillment:
Within 5 business days

Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Excluding university breaks
