Support for Students

Tech at Night (After-Hours Support): If you're a student living in the residence halls, look no further than Tech at Night.  Tech at Night student staff members are available in the residence halls 5 days a week.

Support for Faculty & Staff

faculty-support In addition to the resources above, faculty and staff members can contact their local desktop support person or open a ticket at the Online Technology Help Center.

Blackboard Support: Faculty members can request appointment for individual consultation by submitting “Request Consultation or Group Training” form at Blackboard Support website.

Training Resources: Faculty and staff can receive training on applications developed and supported by Information Services. Training professionals work with clients to develop training materials that address their specific needs.
