Content Management Systems and Search

This service supports the web presence for all of the university’s schools, colleges, departments, divisions, and regional campuses. Specifically, the CMS and Search team:

• works within both the FlashLine Portal and public KSU website, using the open-source Drupal system to enable university entities to build and maintain their own respective web pages.

• grants varying permissions for university users to edit their content, but also oversees the overall content production on Drupal.

• ensures that each page remains generally consistent with the KSU voice and tone online.

In total, nearly 250 KSU web pages run off of the Drupal system, making Content Management System and Search a primary component in helping all of KSU expand its web presence.
