Advancement/Alumni Update

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Configuration, design, and development underway
  • We have completed 75 stories totaling 199 story point in three full sprints (Note: each sprint lasts two weeks in length)

  • Received a draft SOW from SCI for Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Implementations

Recruiting/Admissions Update

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • The Student team has completed onsite campus visits with each admitting area to:
    • Determine/finalize combined Legacy CRM data fields
    • Orientation program and other events/communications needed at go-live
    • Inquiry Form requirements and any other forms need at go-live
  • Communications working sessions have completed
  • Inquiry record management configuration
    • Scheduled onsite working sessions with SCI and TargetX to determine how to create stages per campus, stage history, and record de-duplication; Will also review how to load purchased lists
  • Shared Data decisions (Bios) – draft recommendations document in process

UPCOMING PROJECT ACTIVITIES

  • Working sessions are being scheduled to configure events and communications required for go-live for each admitting unit in the sandbox
  • Key team members will be involved in discussions regarding data integrations and synchronization
  • Key team members will be involved in discussions related to curriculum management within the CRM
  • We will load CRM legacy data into the sandbox
  • The team is searching for a product to meet the enterprise needs for address cleansing.
  • The team continues to evaluate enterprise reporting needs and options
