CRM Governance Charge

The CRM Governance Committee will support our CRM vision and guide the overall management and execution of CRM business policies and practices. 

The CRM Governance Committee provides the foundation and direction for CRM project priorities in alignment with the University’s mission and vision.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate and prioritize new enterprise CRM projects & major enhancements
  • Make recommendations on CRM resource allocation, costs, and value
  • Provide guidance to the CRM Implementation Team
  • Establish CRM desired outcomes and metrics
