Graduate Admissions Update

The Graduate Admissions CRM team is working closely with our vendor TargetX, both remotely and onsite, to map out requirements and learn system functionality and features of the product.

The new system will be a substantial improvement over today's current process, both from the perspective of the applicant and the graduate reviewer. Some of the most notable improvements for our applicant include:

• A mobile-friendly application.
• Direct attachment of documents to their application.
• Electronic invitation to recommenders with an online interface to submit their recommendations.

Our graduate reviewers will now have access to one file with everything they need to review an applicant — both Mac and PC friendly! — and a secure place to comment and rate the applicants. All of this combined with communication tools that will increase our ability to market to and attract quality candidates.
