July Project Updates
Recruiting Update
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Completed testing and deployed the Recruitment Lifecycle (custom developed) objects, fields, recruiting user profile and metadata that support the multi-campus recruiting processes into the production environment
- Finalized and tested recruitment data load order to load data for all campuses; 230+ files, 127,000+ records
- Completed ACT and SAT test score mappings and data load testing
- Completed mappings and QA testing for four vendor files and the Banner Application data load
- Built and tested Group (territory) Assignments (46 rule sets) for recruiting at each campus
- Developed end user training plan/documentation and scheduled training sessions for July
UPCOMING PROJECT ACTIVITIES
- Build reports, views, events, templates, and communications needed for go-live
- Complete build-out, testing, and deploy to production for the user permission sets to be applied to the recruiting user profile
- Load recruitment data into production environment and de-duplicate records prior to go-live
- Conduct end user training and update documentation as needed
- Add users to production (post training) and apply appropriate permission sets
- Celebrate!!!
Admissions Update
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Completed code review of CAD (Cascading Admissions Decision)

- Continue to validate General Person data
DuplicateCheck Update
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Finalized Duplicate Check matching rules and scenarios for recruiting
- Built rules and jobs in all sandboxes and verified functionality
- Reviewed and analyzed Duplicate Check job results in MIT sandbox
- Developed a custom plugin to handle retaining source code values from multiple recruitment lifecycles
- Began building permission sets in a development sandbox for user access to resolve duplicates
- Worked with AOS department to utilize Duplicate Check to identify and resolve duplicates in the production environment for Graduate Applicant data

- Continue building and finalize Duplicate Check permission sets
- Continue working with AOS department to build rules and resolve duplicates in the production environment for Graduate Applicant data
- Train appropriate recruiting staff on duplicate resolution process
- Support duplicate resolution for recruiting Go-Live
Enterprise Marketing Cloud Update
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Reviewed and finalized new design mock-ups
- Connected Marketing Cloud and Salesforce (UAT) environments
- Revised end date due to design work of the Custom Subscription Center to be user friendly and compliant with email policies. The final design requires additional development for back-end functionally, as well as user interface development

- Review and finalize new design mock-ups
- Deploy CSC to UAT and connect Marketing Cloud to Salesforce

University Calendar - Rollout Update
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Went live with Pilot group (Center for Student Involvement, University Communications and Marketing, Office of Admissions, the College of the Arts, Information Systems)

- Finalized General Person (Active Student) rules and conditions
- Completed coding of General Person (Active Student) rules and conditions
- Reloaded General Person (Active Student) in MIT and UAT
- Conducted User Acceptance Testing
- Received sign off to move General Person (Active Student) to production
- Deployed General Person (Active Student) items to production
- Load General Person (Active Student) data to production

CRM Architecture and Governance Update
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Produced and released documentation regarding profile creation and getting user access
- Built an initial version of an IS Administrator profile that will be applied to staff in Information Services in sandbox environments to delegate common management duties
- Produced a plan to uninstall a legacy managed package

- Continue development of granular profiles to better match roles with necessary access levels
