Meet the CRM Architecture Team

The CRM Architecture team meets weekly to discuss and establish standards and best practices, as well as overcoming challenges experienced as part of configuration, customization or custom development. This meeting provides a recap of activities that have occurred throughout the week amongst the various project teams.

• Data management
• Testing scenarios and scripts
• Upcoming releases and changes
• Sandbox management
• Security Profiles and Permissions
• AppExchange product compatibility

Most recently, the CRM Architecture team completed the following:

• Reviewed upcoming releases from Salesforce as well as TargetX and Advancement Connect
• Categorized and Profiled data as part of Data
• Management
• Audited Change Logs
• Managed Security Profiles in multiple sandbox environments

Frequent and transparent communication is an integral piece to ensure success of any enterprise implementation and the CRM Architecture team collaborates closely to achieve that vision. As with any project of this magnitude, unplanned challenges surface routinely but the team works diligently to address them in a timely manner.
