Need help understanding how Salesforce is going to work for you?
The Process Evaluation and Improvement team will be hosting Office Hours to provide one on one attention for your questions or concerns about Salesforce, TargetX, Advancement Connect, or the Marketing Cloud. At this point in implementation, these sessions will focus less on “how to” (as many processes are still being defined) and more on giving you an opportunity to ask questions, or voice any concerns, you have about what you are seeing and learning.
Beginning March 23rd, Office Hours will be available every other Thursday from 3pm – 5pm in 125 Stewart Hall. Because we have an Enterprise solution covering multiple business units, we ask that you make an appointment and specify your area of interest, so that we have the right resource available to you when you attend.
