Recruiting Update

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Completed mappings and QA testing for the Banner Application data load
  • Completed build-out, tested, and deployed to production the user permission sets to be applied to the recruiting user profile
  • Loaded recruitment data into production environment and de-duplicated records
  • Conducted end user training and updated documentation as needed
  • Added users to production (post training) and applied appropriate permission sets
  • Finalized page layouts, event and inquiry forms, event and email configurations
  • Identified inquiry data requirements for Office of Global Education (OGE) for international data loads

UPCOMING PROJECT ACTIVITIES

  • Build reports, views, events, templates, and communications needed for ongoing production environment
  • Continue to train end users and add to production environment upon training completion and Data Steward approval
  • Begin Phase II tasks/deliverables
    • Final inquiry data loads for all admitting units
    • OGE inquiry data loads
    • Vendor file data loads

 

Admissions Update

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Conducted initial training on the Duplicate Check tool

  • Begin reviewing security profiles
  • Hold planning session to prepare for application and process development

 

DuplicateCheck Update

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Completed building and finalizing Duplicate Check permission sets
  • Developed custom merge plugin to handle auto-merging duplicate RLCs
  • Trained appropriate recruiting staff on duplicate resolution process
  • Supported initial duplicate resolution for recruiting Go-Live

UPCOMING PROJECT ACTIVITIES

  • Continue to support Duplicate Check in production as it transitions to an operational state for Admissions and AOTS
  • Continue working with AOTS to build rules and resolve duplicates in the production environment

 

Enterprise Marketing Cloud Update

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Completed additional back-end (functionality) and user interface development based on final design decisions
  • Deployed Custom Subscription Center to UAT
  • Completed testing of the Custom Subscription Center and Marketing Cloud connection and received approval to deploy to production
  • Deployed to Production

 

University Calendar - Rollout Update

  • Add student orgs for each regional campus, to make event filtering easier
  • Update the event intake form (FormAssembly)
  • Create attendance reports
  • Create and organize event tags

 

Flashperks - Phase II Update 

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Added approval and event history tracking

UPCOMING PROJECT ACTIVITIES

  • Load event data into production (attendance history, unclaimed prize history, claimed prize history)
  • Review notification requirements for Marketing Cloud (opt out as well as other automatically generated emails)
  • Develop the FLASHperks Tile in the portal

 

Marketing Cloud - Flashperks Update

  • Built Business Unit for Student Affairs>FLASHperks
  • Identified go-live requirements

UPCOMING PROJECT ACTIVITIES

  • Build:
    • Email configurations
    • Email templates
    • User security setup
  • Develop a workflow (or custom process) to update student’s contact record when they elect to opt out of the FLASHperks program
  • Identify and create the student population (report) to send communications to; this will be multiple populations depending on the message
  • Test configurations/setup
  • Train users
  • Set send schedule and begin communication sends before fall semester starts
