The 2017 TargetX Summit took place June 25th – 27th in Chicago, IL. The conference offered three days of educational content from CRM users from a variety of institutions, TargetX staff, and industry thought leaders. Attending the Summit was a great opportunity to help further develop technical skills, generate new ideas for how we can better use TargetX solutions, and expand our knowledge of adoption techniques and best practices. The Summit offered comprehensive educational sessions, optional training sessions led by TargetX staff, and opportunities to network with peers who face similar challenges.
This year there were 148 schools represented, 586 total attendees, 56 sessions, and 11 Training sessions. The Kent State staff that attended the Summit were Donna Taylor and Melissa Shamblin from AOS, and Mike Papania from IS. Please feel free to reach out and ask them about their experience. Slide decks from all the sessions can also be viewed here: http://www.targetx.com/summitslidedecks/
Next year’s Summit will take place July 15th – 17th in Nashville, TN. It’s never too early to start planning. With all of the exceptional things KSU is undertaking in the CRM, we should have plenty of people submitting presentations and sharing our story with others.
