The Salesforce single CRM platform gives us a 360 degree view of recruitment, admissions, matriculation, graduation, alumni and donor information. Representatives from our CRM connected 8-campus system have been in meetings to review how common contact fields will be utilized and updated in the Salesforce.com CRM by various user groups in the system. With data sharing, we can get to know our constituents on a deeper, more meaningful level.

To date, we have discussed and agree that sharing non-sensitive, approved constituent data such as, preferred name, emails, mailing addresses, and phone numbers, allows us to better personalize our message and truly engage with them.
